Recently Orange County Computer has had major problems with many different companies lately.
However the most apauling is the lack of support we have been getting from Allied Semiconductor out of Richardson, TX. This company shipped us product that was not ordered and upon trying to return it has stuck us with the shipping charges and refuses to credit us with the refund for the product. We have been trying for 3 weeks now to get this resolved with no progress.
We have left messages for the manager of the RMA/Credit department and have not heard back. Not only this but their prices are higher than other competitors and there customer service is poor. During this ordeal we were disconected by the staff multiple times.
